Stimulating interaction between generations.
In the near future the percentage of seniors in Western Europe (and other parts of the world) will increase tremendously. So why is it still acceptable that very experienced seniors become obligatory invaluable at a certain age? This habit has to stop because it is counterproductive in striving for a successful – ‘greying’ – society and deepens the friction between young and old. Instead, their mutual integration should be top priority!
